Assessments for Selection

Talent management begins with top quality selection. We conduct assessments at all levels to ensure that the right person is placed in the right position. We are accredited to use and interpret the majority of assessment tools on the South African market (see table). We customise a battery according to the job specification and specified competency requirements.

 

Job and Competency Profiling

We conduct job analyses to ensure that positions are profiled accurately in terms of competency requirements. Against this, we can more accurately assess and provide an indication of the likelihood of fit. We also design competency frameworks, which form the basis of future selection, development, and performance management interventions.

 

Assessments for Career Development

We conduct comprehensive assessments at all levels, to determine where both strengths (to be capitalized on) and gaps (to be developed) lie. We analyse trends, make appropriate recommendations, and ensure follow-up. We also do assessments for people making career changes, as well as school leavers (career guidance).

 

Team Optimisation

We facilitate team effectiveness workshops, and often use assessments as a key tool to understand the profile of the group, and to enable team members to appreciate and understand each others’ differences.
