Optimum People is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is led by Beverly Fuller, in conjunction with a network of associates if required. Beverly completed a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1997, and has held various senior HR positions at well-known companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, and Discovery Holdings. Her experience covers the full range of Human Resource services. She is a skilled assessment specialist, accredited to use and interpret the majority of assessment tools on the market, which she selectively utilizes in various talent management interventions. She is a qualified Life Coach and is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
