COACHING
Beverly Fuller is a qualified coach, accredited with the InnerLifeSkills
™ (ILS) coaching methodology.
Coaching is a series of interactions between coach and
client that includes questioning, observation, feedback,
and other powerful and scientific techniques through
which the coach helps the client explore issues,
clarify, understand, and develop actionable outcomes to
implement between sessions. Ultimately clients achieve –
and even exceed – their stated goals.
An ILS coach uses world-class coaching and communication
techniques to support individuals to
realise
goals in many areas of their lives. The ILS methodology
equips the coach with powerful personal growth tools to
support clients in making the inner transformation that
is necessary to manifest their goals. ILS coaching is
internationally
recognised
by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and by the
local body governing coaching and mentoring in South
Africa, Comensa.

Different Forms of Coaching
We offer various forms of coaching, depending on the
client need. In companies, the focus is mostly on
executive and leadership coaching. From personal
behaviour change, to enhancing leader effectiveness, to
building stronger relationships, to personal
development, to better work-life integration – the
subject matter of each coaching session or series is
client-driven. Career coaching is the latest and
most powerful methodology to help people find greater
fulfillment at work, to make job or career changes, and
to
maximise
their potential in their current or a new occupation.
Coaching Format
Coaching programs typically last six months to one year.
This includes regular personal assessments and weekly or
fortnightly coaching sessions. Sessions are typically 1
hour in duration. Clients may elect to sample the value
of coaching by entering into a shorter coaching contract
of 6 – 10 sessions, and decide from there. In all cases,
our individual coaching programs are targeted to the
client’s needs and budget limitations.
Benefits to you, the client:
-
Studies show that the top three personal
characteristics of an effective executive coach are
the ability to form a strong “connection”,
professionalism, and the use of a clear and sound
coaching methodology. Having a range of scientific
coaching tools such as those provided by ILS™
significantly enhances the perceived value of the
coaching.
-
Many studies indicate that coaching has earned
companies a significant return on investment (an
average of 5.7 times the initial investment) and
significant intangible benefits to the business.
Productivity improves because the capability of
managers to elicit results through others improves –
via the power of interaction and relationships.
-
Coaching has a strategic impact. Among the benefits
to companies that provide coaching to executives are
improvements in productivity, quality,
organisational
commitment, client relationships and service,
retention of executives, cost reductions, bottom
line profitability, working relationships with
direct reports, peers and supervisors, teamwork, and
job satisfaction.
-
Overall, coaching
helps individuals grow as professionals and
contribute fully to the success of an
organisation.
-
Coaching is an investment that you make in
developing your key people for the long-term benefit
of your
organisation.
It ties in closely with an effective succession
planning strategy.
